I purchase a Desk, a great office chair , nice Soho Concept fabric sectional , coffee table, a wall art and a nice bed frame from Modloft with a Serta memory foam Mattress. It arrived the next day and was set up by professional delivery service. They removed my old furniture as well as the garbage for the new furniture. I would use this place for all my furniture needs in the future.

we just bought a sofa from this store and i wish i had read previous review before. When i first got into the place to ask prices, they told me ther eis no delivery chage and if i want i can have them install the item i buy for $25-30.
Later i wnet there to buy that sofa and they said there is delivery no delivery charge but they just leave the sofa ont he street drop off (which they did not mention before). installing the item is $40. anyway we did not want to argue and bought the sofa and arranged the delivery for today between 12pm to 3pm. it is 6.03pm and they still did not delivered and installed the sofa. When we call them they asked us to call the driver. that was funny though.. every time we call them until now, they say there is traffic and etc.. they have no idea about customer service and sales. Whoever owns this place must have crazy to hire these people. If that person is one of those guys we talked, that means he/she has no idea how to make sales.
They exactly make you feel like you are desperate and have to wait for them. Anyway, if the sofa doesn't arrive soon, we are planing to reject the delivery een though our $100 deposit will be lost.
i am just saying, prices can be attractive on some items, but this is not the way a shopping should be like that frustrating. i don't know how the item will delivered yet, but i can only comments about service and it is zero.

these people have no clue how to do business. Takes a brian to sell, deliver a piece of furniture...wasted my time each time i went or call was a different story, non of the salesperson know what they doing and they treat you like they are doing you a favor. They post their furniture on craigslist under different names and different numbers. they don't have a good delivery service. i did not buy i piece of furniture because i don't trust them.
Try white on white furniture for a better selection.
