I visited this location for spa week. The front desk at the time of my visit was very busy for quite a while. My massage therapist was ready for me and the desk was still busy so instead of me checking in she just took me to get my massage. After my massage I was able to check in. I got a 45 minute swedish massage which was ok. The spa is very clean and relaxing. My massage therapist was very nice. I'm not sure if I would visit this location again though.

.I have been going to Tribeca Beauty spa since it opened in '07 and they have never let me down. I go to the owner, Nadia, for my facials about 6-8 times a year and she is an absolute miracle worker. She really takes pride in her work and recommends only the best products to use in between treatments. She is helping me to preserve my skin and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend everyone try her signature facial at least once in your lifetime, although I doubt you'll be able to go just once.

I chose this Spa because it was downtown and close to my job. When I walked in I found it quiet and peaceful. I had scheduled a Spa pedicure and manicure. Because this is a long treatment (I think 90 min) and I was late, I could not do either. I do not blame the spa for this, but I note this because there are only two ladies who do nails so if you have a long treatment you might run across the same problem. My pedicure came out well - the only complaint was there is nowhere to dry your feet. You are placed in a chair, no fan. So when it came time for me to leave, the lady who did my nails was not around and well my toes got ruined. I personally would not go back for nails - I need a proper fan or some kind of way of drying my nails. But I will go back for spa treatment as they had some good deals. Will update post after massage.

I was confused about the star ratings when people were writing great reviews, then I saw that it must have been an eror! Thank goodness because I love this place! :)
