As you can see per the last reviews, the person who answers the phone Lori is one of the most indecent person that I have ever spoken too. Although my sister met all the criteria, she refused to considered her for the available unit, because she didn't have a lease the last year that she was living with family. If you move in with family, how can you expect to have a lease under your name? how can people that move out of their parents house for the first time can qualify for this apartment when they don't have a lease? nor any past rental experience. I can understand if you have a legitimate reason why I am a person is not being considered. Her work ethics are just Horrible I ask to speak to the owner Luso, and she just dismissed me. Mr. Luso seriously needs to considered a person with better customer service and less of a bitch. If she is so miserable at her job she should consider a career change. I am hoping the owners are not aware of this situation, because if they are and they still have this person then I don't know what that says about them too.

Lori Gasior has horrible customer service, completely unprofessional unwilling to listen to what you have to say, she is not meant for a job dealing with people. I met all the requirements for the apartment but her attitude towards my husband and I was disgusting. Once she finished her comments she would hang up and at one moment tole me that " I cant talk right now I have someone important on the other line". Hello: I am important I am giving you the job your are getting paid for. I DO NOT recommend her at all. It is better to look for something somewhere else even if more expensive then to speak to her or have anything to do with her. Does not seem to know how to use a computer never replied to email until I called various time. At one point she put me on hold to actually read the email. With this type of service the company is not going anywhere. I gave one star because giving no stars was not an option

This company was horrible to deal with. They wanted tons of documents as part of their application process, yet only considered one aspect of the application. They did not return calls or emails. They held my application for 2 weeks, knowing my lease was up in 3, and after repeated attempts at reaching them to get an answer, they said they would call me right back and never did. I was hung up on and treated very rudely. They considered nothing but my credit score, which was not excellent, but not horrible either. I more than satisfied their income and rental history requirements, including a pristine rental history in an apartment significantly more expensive than theirs. It's no wonder they haven't filled the unit in over two months! I would stay away from them. I wonder what happens when someone's heat breaks! They must freeze to death!
