THE WORST. My recent experience with Jacintha M. Belin, manager, was a nightmare. If you are entertaining the slightest idea of doing business with this company/business owner, PLEASE DON’T. The owner/manager, aka Jesse was very helpful in the beginning but slowly began to show her true colors. She did not deliver the items we agreed on, the tablecloths ordered were stained and wrinkled with holes, the chair covers were dirty, champagne glasses and water globlet glasses were mismatched and the flowers, the only service mentioned on the website, were a disappointment. She was unprofessional; she yelled at me and members of my family when we questioned why we were not getting what we paid for and because of her unpreparedness, guests were left waiting in a small foyer for over an hour as we prepared the hall.
Please, please, don’t support this business but if you must make sure everything is written down in great detail. When she writes down “2 tablecloths” make sure she writes “2 yellow round 60 inch tablecloths”. Color, size, description, etc., everything should be detailed.
Bottom line, Tri- State florist did not deliver what we paid for. This company’s lack of professionalism was insulting to my family and insulting to the guests.
