I had an depression that was created by some generous soul that had backed up into the right front fender on my Acura MDX in a church parking lot. Left no info only the dent. Thank you! I went to Splash to see if Dent Wizard would be able to remove it since there was no paint damage only a depression. They said Dent Wizard would not work on that since it was close to the crease that lined the fender opening. I then searched and found Tri-State, read the reviews, decided to request a quote. I sent a picture and received a positive response , a quote and potential schedule. The price was reasonable so we made an appointment. Mike arrived on time and I got a confirmation the day before and later 45 mins. on the day before arrival. Her was very prepared and professional. He worked on the dent for more than an hour. I am totally pleased with the outcome. There is no hint of the depression. Mike buffed out the minor scratch and it looks great . I then asked hi if he could remove two dents in my pickup hood damaged from a fallen tree branch in the wind storm. He though it would be feasible and gave me a price for the additional work. He worked on it for more than 45 mins and came to the conclusion that there was damage to the underlying support so that even if it looked repaired (which it did) it would bounce back at some point so he regrettably said it was not going to last, and therefore, did not charge me for that repair. I will go back to Tri-State again, I was impressed by the professional and timely work.

It is incredible how well they fixed my hailed car.
