it was awful. i made an appointment two days in advance for a used vehicle only to be told after waiting the day of the appointment for an hour. was told that the car had a flat and told me that he would follow up with me the next day. never did. i called only to be told that they would send pictures of the car. they never did... i called again about the pictures and was told that they were on it. This place was awful and never again. will beletting everyone know about this place.

My wife, my brother, and I came in looking to buy a 2016 NX FSport and a 2016 RX350.
We made an appointment with Eddie over the phone, but when we arrived, he handed us over to someone else like pieces of meat.
The salesperson who dealt with us didn't take us seriously. He just kept repeating, "it's a good day to buy a car" and "I'm here for you" every few minutes. He and his manager were pretty condescending. He ended up telling us to leave and informing us that the price we wanted was ridiculous. Well, you know what? We went down to Route 10 and they agreed to the price we wanted. Avoid this place like the plague, everyone! They are so disrespectful. What an absolute waste of time.
One last thing. Dear Tri-County Lexus staff - please stop harassing us with voice messages and emails!

Lexus comes with free scheduled maintenance. And the service department will call you relentlessly as you are approaching an interval and will do so until you schedule an appointment. I don't put a lot of miles on my Lexus and I am not anywhere near due for service. Yet every day, Monday through Friday like clockwork, the service department at Tri County calls my home and/or cell number. If I don't answer, they leave scare tactic type messages implying they are calling with an important notice about my vehicle warranty when I do answer or call back, they are simply trying to schedule a maintenance appointment they believe is due. I've kindly and very politely explained that I'm not ready yet, asked them to please stop calling so frequently as I work from home and advised I'll call when ready. But the calls continue every day. What infuriates me the most is that I'm certain the dealer gets reimbursed by Lexus for performing the included scheduled maintenance, so in reality it isn't a courtesy call, it's a revenue opportunity that the service department seemingly doesn't mind annoying and badgering their customers while pursuing it.

THE WORSTTT!!!! I have never met such rude salesmen and just awful people all around in the place. They looked down upon me as if I don't look like I can afford a car. I'm an extremely serious buyer and I was willing to buy 5 cars NEW. They were so rude and not polite at all! They had no interest in selling.. Salesman naturally have the polite and selling personality..but they basically didn't care ! Lost such great customers! I will tell each family member and friend never to go here!! DONT EVER GO HERE! I bought buy cars elsewhere
