This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They installed a new air conditioner for our home last year, and this year it stopped working. When we called to have the damage assessed, it took them hours to send someone over. When a serviceman finally did arrive, he claimed that they could do nothing for us that night and would return the first thing in the morning the next day. We got a phone call the following morning saying that the repairman we had dealt with was out sick and that no one was coming to our home. When we called them to see if they could send someone different, we were told to wait for a phone call about the status of a serviceman for our home. After SEVERAL HOURS and NO phone calls, we called back, only to be told to stop "harrassing" them and were hung up on by their service manager. Three days after our initial phone call, we are STILL without the AC in the 100 degree weather and cannot get in touch with the company. If you are thinking of using this service, DON'T!

I called this company and got great help. They fixed the problem with my central air in about an hour. The other company was there for 2 days. GREAT work guys.
