So I play phone tag with the company but leave a message saying I definitely want to use the company for the estimated work, please have someone contact me to schedule an appointment. A few days go by, and I am putting up Christmas ornaments. Next thing I know I hear a chainsaw going. I look out the window and a tree is falling in my yard. Company never called to tell me they were coming, never rang the bell saying they were here and ready to do work. Only time they acknowledged us was when payment was do. Work pretty good, some stump left even though they were supposed to grind it all. Said they'd be back in spring if I wasn't happy. Doubt I'll see them again. I'd recommend you use a more reputable company.
