Loved it!! These people are great. My husband and I always travel for business. We have taken their phones all over especially when we go to Israel and Panama. We had great reception on our phones even when we were out of the main towns. When we called to double check how to call the U.S. from Panama the lady on the phone was patient and clear and answered all our questions! We love using Travel Cell!

Very Bad Service (No service) Over Charge.. They charging $47.14 for Sims card A Day or two.. You can get at Israel all Month Full service Unlimited Internet Unlimited Call at Israel and to USA.. Unlimited Tex Massaging Just for less than $17.00 A MOUNTH.. Not Nice .. NOT RECOMENDED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Doubled charged me , promised to refund but did not.
The billing department is closed on Friday and customer service cannot resolve any issues.
probably will have to dispute the charges with the credit company.

I use Travel Cell whenever I travel abroad and am always quick to refer them to my friends. They have fair rates, excellent customer service, and are just very easy to deal with. I wish the rest of my trip planning would be so simple!

I rented phones from various rental companies and travelcell beats them all. I have never had such great customer services such as theirs. Thanks for the cool phones!
