My husband and I bought the worst tickets online and we later found out we needed tourist visas to change terminals and we were having troubles with visas. Our vacation planning almost turned into disaster, then my friend recommended Travel Queen. Lilya and Katya are among the nicest people. They are very knowledgeable and provided us a few options. They are very approachable. They answer calls, reply emails very fast. We received our tourist visas within 2 weeks, hassle free! Highly recommended.

DO NOT go to this agency. As the other review stated, they are VERY rude, and do not care about your business at all. Ruined vacations start here!

Extremely rude staff, poor service, highest level of incompetence possible. I wouldn`t recommend this agency even to my enemies!
