REALLY BAD! All those positive reviews you see are likely written by the owner or his friends. Honestly, doesn't it seem a little suspicious that EVERYONE refers to him by name? Maybe the locals are treated fine - but not us tourists. Lousy food, cheap wine and to top it off, they tried to rip us off.
Best to avoid this place!

What an amazing surprise! Stumbled on this gem right around the corner from our hotel and had amazing pasta, wine, and dessert. We were greeted and served by the owner and received the best service I have experienced in NYC outside of a 5 star, $$$$ restaurant. This place beats the touristy restaurants hands down! Must do when in NYC!

Love isacco. The owner is full of energy.. friendly.. funny. His service is out of this world... oh and the food is fantastic. We visit everytime we travel to nyc for business. A must visit
