Antes que se ROBARAN la mitad de mis cosas de la caja, era buen servicio. Mi familia siempre mandaba cajas para El Salvador y nunca habia tenido problema. Hasta que en Noviembre del 2015 mandamos una caja y se robaron la mitad de lo que iva en la caja. Llamamos a la oficina y dijeron que no respondian porque "Segun" firmaron cuando llegaron adejarla. Pero eso es lo que le piden que haga a los clientes. POR ESTA EXPERIENCIA NUNCA MAS MANDARE CON ESTA AGENCIA PORQUE CUANDO ROBAN "DICEN" QUE RESPODEN CON $500 Y CUANDO UNO REGLAMA DICEN QUE NO SON RESPONSABLES. ELLOS SON UNOS LADRONES PORQUE NO TIENE GENTE QUE SEAN DE CONFIANZA.. MANDAN A CUALQUIER GENTE LADRONA A DEJAR LAS COSAS QUE UNO CON MUCHA ESFUERZO MANDA.
