I came there just to give them a copy of my ssn and it took an hour. Also you need to pay 10$ for a disposition letter. The funny thing is they like to talk a lot instead of doing their job properly. And I had to pay for a ticket that I did not get.

I am a school student who was goin home after a long day studying at the coaching center, but the mta officer could not care less about my situation, neither would he open the door nor would he listen to me speaking. But gave me his ticket, whuch he just needed to fill up the quotas for the day.

I am a high school student with a student metrocard, I had a transfer from the train, the M86 SBS had malfunctioning stalls at the stop I got on, and the inspectors check so infrequently that one would think the bus fare is unenforced. The inspector has to meet his quotas no matter the situation because the MTA is desperate for money. They are in disrepair and universally hated. I feel bad for the miserable workers at this place and other federal institutions that have to associate with the MTA. They are trash. Shame on them.

i read alot of the reviews , i am so disgusted , people not getting a fair trial and corruption $ the list can goes on, i received a summons for not paying , i took first the b82 and really thought the machine took my fare the driver didnt say i have no $ on my mc, then when i tried to transfer to b44 the machine would not give me a transfer , iam thinking i paid the whole time and the machine is malfunctioning by not giving me a transfer, then the bus came and i hopped on and the rest is history, the transit officer wrote me out a summons even though he found me very creditable, this happed like 9 month ago i explain them in fine detail there was no intention not to pay i thought all along the fare was paid...... i told them by mail if thats so then let it be fair if the machine malfunctions and takes a fare by accident the mta should give me $100, iam convinced u cant win there , u need to bring your own judges that are certified
