I have been training with Transform Your Body Fitness for about 2 months now. I am feeling stronger than ever. I have more confidence and my stamina at work has increased 4 times fold. Brian is so well educated in his craft and so eager to properly train and teach. I feel safe while working out with him because he knows exactly what he is doing. His personality is infectious and he is always entertaining. So you get a great training and a little sunshine too. You can not go wrong with Transform Your Body Fitness.

Serious about your workouts I take my workouts seriously and was looking for someone that I could trust to do the same. Some of the trainers I have worked with in the past, tended to underestimate my strength and determination to build a stronger body. Thank God I found Brian from Transform Your Body Fitness! He actually met and exceeded my expectations. With his extensive knowledge of how our muscles work together to help support each other, he not only completely changed the way I work out, but also helped me stay clear of injuries, which I thought I could never avoid. So, if you are serious about building a balanced, injury free, strong (and lean) body, you can count on Transform Your Body Fitness!!

Helped me lose the "baby weight" Almost a year post-pregnancy I was still struggling to lose the baby weight, and to find the motivation to get to the gym. I am so glad that I found Transform Your Body Fitness! Not only was I able to lose the weight, but I looked forward to going to the gym. Brian keeps the work-outs interesting and research-based so that the focus is on long-term results. He also provides the direction and accountability to improve diet, another key component in losing the weight. I would highly recommend Transform Your BodyFitness to anyone looking to improve strength, lose weight and gain energy.
