Transform Yoga has by far the best yoga and yogalates classes around! It is unlike the typical community center or big gym classes, which I have tried and never gotten into. And I finally realized why-- I wasn't doing it right! When I came to Nancy's classes, she actually walked around the room and gave personal attention by way of correcting alignment and tips to work at either a higher or lower level. I really got an awesome workout. It has been three months since I started her classes here and I have lost two full pants sizes!
