I am writting to make a complaint about human hair hair I bought from Daratic World Mart Shop, Lewes Road, Brighton on the 15/04/2015.
On the packet you said it was 100% human hair but upon wearing it for few days it feels like plastic and its tangled. I am very unhappy and would like a refund. I bought the hair for £100 but I am not happy at all with the product. I asked the shop to give me a rrefund but the refused and asked me to contact you for a refund. However, on your website the contact box has been disabled.
Could you email me explaining how to get a refund and also how do you test your hair to make sure its 100% human hair?
