Trackside Auto Collision

Exceptional service......I had my vehicle damaged during this past snowstorm took my truck here and from the beginning to the end they treated me great. The work done was perfect you could not see where the damage was done. Carl (the owner) and Sal were very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need good quality work then hesitate no further and take it to Trackside you will not be dissatisfied one bit.

Got all my inspections and maintenance here for the last few years. Service was quick and prices were fair. And knowing me as a regular, they even helped save me a few bucks with some other car issues.

I'm suprised to see the other reviews as my experience is very much different and much more positive. I have done business in both Trackside's Auto Body and Repair facilities. The #1 reason: I am satisfied with their work, period. 1. After a severe motor vehicle accident, Trackside handled everything with the insurance adjusters from A to Z in an honest and professional manner, plus my automobile looked GREAT when leaving the shop, and still does. They also arranged a rental car for me, and would highly recommend them as they spared me from much grief and stress. 2. The auto repair department does an adequate job and the owner, who are hands on are very knowledgeable and do take the time to explain. I know about cars, driving for over 40 years, and visited other shops in the area. There is a reason I am a loyal customer to Trackside, and send family, friends and neighbors there too... I trust them.

This place is horrible!! Service is horrible. They wanted me to do some insurance scam with them, but I refused because I don't want my insurance to go up and create negative records. The fat guy, I believe he's the owner or manager immediately showed a HUGE attitude. Left me standing there, didn't want to help, and don't really want to answer my questions. I drove right out and WILL NEVER RETURN THERE.

FAT GUY has a huge attitude!!!

I went there to change a headlight , and when they install it ..a couple of days after I realized that the light brightness did not match the other headlight .
I went back to trackside to tell the old man that the light did not match, he didnt even came out to look at it ...he was like there is nothing I can do..in a very nasty attitude.
Also beware if you go there for repair that is coming out of your pocket , he will suggest some kind of insurance scam..
