Their customer care center canceled my credit card without my permission. They treated me very rudely and treated me like I was a liar and not telling the truth. I'm completely done with Toys R Us. You can definitely tell that their company does not care about their customers. I lost over $100 in reward money.

Hated this location. I have been to other locations between Philadelphia and New Jersey and I never been so disgusted at the customer service until I came here. My suggestion is to shut it down because there is one much better a few minutes away with hekpfuk and pleasant staff. Funny that the very items I went to purchase the cashier tokd me was not on sale and yet when I went to another Babies R Us days later the very items were on sale! Your location is HORRIBLE! Star is too high of a rating for you!

I went in store to purchase a product from online because it wasn't available. The lady asks for my ID and instead of asking me questions and paying attention to the customer, she did her own thing while holding a conversation with another girl at the service desk talking down about a customer and how fat she was. I was embarrassed for sure and after the transaction was done she had put down the wrong address. So I tell her and she tells me now I have to contact customer service to change it because it can't be changed. I call customer service and they say they cant cancel it nor change the address so Merry Christmas to the person that receives my package. I have been shopping at Toys r us for years and purchasing both of my sons full baby gear and bedroom suites from there to the amounts of $4,000 if not more but they will get no more of my business.

I took my girlfriend to your store in Auburn, Mass. this evening. OH MY GOSH ! The outside trash buckets were spilling out on the stores walkway.
We entered your store in need of a gift.
There were 2 managers, just chatting up a storm. We asked the manager as to which isle
we could find a certain product, and he escorted us to isle 11.
The store was a pit! Most of the merchandise was not in the correct locations. I had to hunt the
mgr., down to find the correct price.
I told the manager that the store was "a mess", & he just said nothing, and another employee (now
there were 3 employees just chatting away).
My friend & I left the store, bought nothing, and hoped we wouldn't trip over the spilling trash outside and the concrete walkway that was uneven and pitted.

They should be ashame. They did a lot of false advertising for black Friday. Five days after I ordered online they going to sent an email saying my items are out of stock so my order will be cancel, no rain check or anything, just canceled. The same day I looked online and they got the item in stock for the original price, don't say u all r out of stock just say u don't want to sell it at that price. I looked on there facebook page and I see everyone was having the same problem. They will no longer get my business, they might not miss my money, just like I won't miss their false advertising. I could have been on another website spending my hard earn money.
