Went there in Christmas eve and it was a mad house but cashiers service was great and lined were moving at a great speed despite how long they were!

I was a little upset about scratches on my sons new bike but the new manager there was such a great help! He listened to my complaint & resolved my issue without hesitation. He managed the busy store in a professional manor all while helping solve my problem. I hope he is noticed & appreciated for his hard work & excellent customer service.

Good people of America. Please don't waste your time. The staff are always really loud, inconsiderate & rude compared to other locations. They could care less. They answer the phones with a tone of " What do you want?" It's honeslty the worst location I've ever been to. Sadly it's my closest location. I dread going here for anything. To add to it the store itself has ridiculous policies on returns/exchanges, their motto should be " You bought it as is, it's yours, no if ands or buts". Shop around, try Target, Walmart, Shop online through ebates, do whatever and avoid this store. If you have no choice, do so, make sure to read on on their policies before hand, and take advantaged of their rewards system, which whenever it generates, can give you a good bargain now and again. But customer service is -1000. Staff is -1000, Finding someone to help -500, A smile don't even dream of it.

The staff members are inattentive and rude. I was explicitly told to go to another register, since I did not want a credit card. How are they training these people? Where is management? I will take my business elsewhere.
