Went there last night at 10.30pm because another store told me they might have an item in stock. The place was a complete mess, it was a shambles, so i wasn't holding out much hope for any kind of positive outcome. Of course the item wasn't in stock, but the reason this review gives five stars is the staff. I've never encountered a more pleasant attitude! Every single member of staff was happy, mannerly and helpful, and they turned what could have been an extremely stressful night into one where I walked away empty handed but still smiling. 10/10 for the awesome people in the Union NJ store. Happy holidays guys you deserve it.

I placed a layaway in November. I go in this week to pick it up because it was paid completely and nothing!!!! The lost my layaway. My daughters Christmas gifts. I'm fuming at this point because every time I call they don't answer the phone and when I go in people seemed annoyed! Hello these are my daughters gifts which were paid for already. As a single mom, that's why I placed the Order. I'm hoping to have my order tomorrow. If not I'm calling corporate.

I'm beyond dissapointed with BRU/TRU or maybe it's just this store on Morris Avenue in Union, NJ. I would like to know the hiring process/requirements for managers. I had an encounter with Nile. How unprofecional of him, you can tell how a person is going to act just by the way they aproach you. I know you guys have uniforms, but he was sagging his pants and talking to me improper. I was disgusted! How can I take a manager seriostly when they aproach you like that? Absolutly rude. I will take the longer car ride to Target or order online next time.

I have been waiting 3 months to get a replacement giftcard. They froze the one that was lost, and never issued me my giftcard, everytime I call, ?i am given the runaround, and told that it will go to escalation, 3 months later and no gift card. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRELIABLE AND NOT REALLY HELPFUL. VERY FRUSTRATING AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
