I love this place I will drive past a toys r us near my town to go to this one always clean and well stocked the bathrooms and family room is spotless and always smells very clean

I had a great experience at this store. There very few lines, returns performed with ease. The employees where very helpful. It is also has a 3% tax on items purchased compared to other stores in NJ. There is ample parking. Will return if and when I need something.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE. MY BF BOUGHT A GIFT CARD FOR A CO WORKER. THE CO WORKER CALLED HIM AND SAID THERE WAS NO FUNDS . WE WENT TO THE THE STORE ND THE MANAGER SAID WE ARE THE 20TH PERSON TO COMPLAIN . TURNS OUT PEOPLE WALK IN THE STORE TAKE PICTURES OF THE GIFT CARDS AND WAIT FOR FUNDS TO BE THEIR THEN GO TO STORES AND SHOW THE PICTURE OF THE GIFT CARD ON THEIR PHONE . MY BF IS ON THE PHONE DISPUTING THIS MATTER. IF WE ARE THE 20TH PERSON TO HAVE THIS ISSUE THEN WHY ARE THOSE CARDS STILL OUTSIDE WHERE PEOPLE STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THEM.????? BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE . AWFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND EMBARRASING

This store was very good. It was well stocked, the staff were very friendly, even upon entering the store. The cashier we had at check out was also very helpful in showing us which coupons we could use, even as the line starting getting longer behind us. I was a bit apprehensive about visiting after I read the first reviews, but the store was very nice. It's a huge store as well, so very cool to see.
