My daughter's flashlight friend was not working since October 2014 when it was purchased. I went to the store 4 months later for a replacement without a receipt and they accepted the damaged item without any debate. I know Macy's works like that with returns within 12 months but it is a pleasure to buy from stores that can issue a return without a hassle.

There is a store. I dont understand what everyone is talking about. It is next to Macy's and burger king and model's and the douglaston movie theatre and the supermarket right off of douglaston pkwy. not a big store so not as much stock as the other stores but still have a good selection. customer service is ok not as good as the carle place location though. also they have city prices so tends to be pricier than other nassau locations. all in all a good store. just has the "Queens attitude"

Disgusting customer service , i called with item # and was left on hold for 30 minutes and nobody ever came back .. The website will not locate a product for you as well , absolutly disgusted !!

Wow this is the store that time, and the maintenance man, forgot. Seriously depressing, not sure that's the image that the corporation wants to portray. This is a sad looking installation of an otherwise okay store. Reminds me of images of Pyong-Yang.
Painfully understaffed, but they managed to ring up my purchase correctly.
GPS put me about ten blocks away, it's at 242 street, not 252.
