When you ask an employee what area you can't find they prefer to roll there eyes and they egnor you like how does that ?

This store is disgusting, everything is so unorganized they barely have any clothes. The items are scattered all over the floor I've never been a toys r us this unorganized they don't have thing stocked I hardly seen any staff. Never again I shall shop there! It needs to be run under new management.

If I could give this location a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. This establishment is a complete joke. The staff is horrendous as far as customer service is concerned. Nobody knows where anything is, and that's if you can even find someone to point you in the wrong direction. Try calling this location on the phone to get help. It's a completely lost cause.

One would think that after several years of receiving bad reviews, a general manager would fire the team of monkeys working here and get some knowledgable, professional help from people that are willing to go at least half the distance to get the job done.

Someone needs to make some changes FAST, and not just rely on the volume of people that enter the store and deal with this nonsense because they have no choice.

For shame.

I ordered a men's 26" Mongoose full suspension mountain bike that was out of stock and it arrived in the store just a couple days later. They assembled it perfectly! Didn't have to make any adjustments! I was impressed and surprised at this! Very polite and helpful staff as well! Thanks!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, the employees here are unknowledgeable and rude. They are great at telling customers inconsistent information and rolling their eyes at you. It's a complete shame that they don't care whether customers buy from their store or not. And let's not forget that the store is a complete mess. Talk about a shopping experience.
