I liked it. People kept asking if I needed help. The lines were a bit long but it gave me time to reconsider what I was buying. They also have a great selection of toys.

Where a kid can be a kid. What can I say, no other toy store that I know of have the amount of toys and selection. When here for Christmas shopping and got everything I was looking for under the original price value. U name it and I pretty sure they have it.

People have to watch what money to give for the register. I had a bad experience with one of the registers

NEVER SHOP HERE YOU HAVE TO WONDER WHO DOES THE HIRING AT TOYS R US. FROM MANAGEMENT ON DOWN. FIRST LETS TALK ABOUT LOGIC. THEY HAVE BIG ITEMS STORED IN A TRAILER OUTSIDE. SO THE CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT UNTIL THEY FIND THEIR INCOMPETENT MANGER WILLIAM WHO HAS THE KEY TO GIVE IT TO A LAZY ASS EMPLOYEES WHO TOLD THE OTHER MANGER HE WASN'T GOING TO GET IT. THEN THE ASSOCIATE GOES GET THEIR JACKET TO THEN GO OUTSIDE FOR LIKE 30 MINS. NOW HELLO IT DOESN'T TAKE ROCKET SCIENCE TO KNOW THAT IF ITS A BIG BOX BRING A DOLLY INSTEAD OF A PALLET JACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY BROKE OPEN THE BOX. TOP AND BOTTOM. WHEN THEY CAME BACK IN THE STORE TOOK THE ITEM OFF THE PALLET JACK AND LEFT IT IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE LIKE HERE I GOT IT I DON'T CARE HOW YOU GET IT TO YOUR CAR. WILLIAM HAS TO THEN CALL THE ASSOCIATE BACK. WHO TAKE HIS SWEET ASS TIME COMING BACK TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE. WHEN HE SAW WHAT IT WAS FOR CONTINUED WHAT HE WAS DOING. THANKS TOYS R US FOR SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS TOYS R US NEEDS A REVAMPING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. TAKE LESSONS FROM TOTOWA, REGO PARK, CARLE PLACE JUST SOME OF THE BETTER STORES.

Called numerous times between 2 days for information/customer support and got hung up on each time. Finally spoke to someone for half a second before being put on hold for at least 30 minutes. This store is not worth shopping at!
