I've been calling them to ask if they have this particular game BUT NO ONE answers the phone it just rings. Plus they have rude workers there. The workers are the representatives of the store. So when you deal with rude employees it reflexes the face of the company. So they are are rude to you, you don't want to go back to the store. You should have a wonderful experience since they own F.A.O.

This Toys R Us location isn't horrible, but it isn't stupendous either. I'm not one of those types of people that goes into a toy store, looking to grade it, however, I go into toy stores to buy toys. I've never had a negative encounter with a staff member here either. Oh, and a word to the wise for anyone complaining that this store (or any toy shop for that matter) is "unorganized": control your stupid ass children, and don't let them throw things around. And if they happen to throw things around, be a positive example of good parenting and clean up after them; don't blame it on the staff.

I love this place. It's location is great. And it's mixed in with a baby's r us. 2 for the price of 1. Love it.

Store is great. But rude people on the phone never picks up when they do all they do is hang up when I ask if they have something they say I have to come in meanwhile I need to know BEFORE I come in so I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE IT AND NOT TO BE DISSAPOINTED if they don't because they never told me.
