The service department is horrible. They made mistake after mistake and still have not corrected their actions. I was there for a simple oil change when they broke the mirror off my car. After 2 hours they finally let me leave with a taped on mirror. Then I was called to come back to put on the new mirror they ordered and after I sat there another 2 hours I was told the one they put on was the wrong color. I asked that they correct the situation give me a loner and call when my car was put back together in the same shape I had brought it to them and they said NO. Now I will be forced to go back there again (if they ever get the right part) and probably sit there for another 2 hours. Anyone can make a mistake but when you do you should at least try to rectify the situation. Go anywhere but never go there when you need service!

My experiences on Toyota Universe was amazing!!!. I started looking to trade my car and get a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid few weeks ago but all the dealers that I visited they did not give me a good price. This dealer and the wonderful people that works there made me feel great. First, we sent a text around 11:00 pm to go and visit the dealer the next day and Ashley responded to our text in less than 10 minutes, that was pretty amazing. Secondly, we had a great experience with the salesman Armond Simonian, he helped us all the way to the end to get a good price and got the amazing car that I am driving now. Felipe was very patient too and explained every details to us in the financial department. Thanks guys for all your effort to make people happy every day and make the process of get a new car easily!

The service can improve significantly. The sales agent was not informed about the vehicles he was selling. They rushed us to complete the deal right after we signed the agreement.
I have to change my review from the 1/30 (the lines above). Although I did not lie, I want to recognize the good performance of the sales agent that helped me, John Gwer. The next few days after the purchase, he was the only one in all that dealer who knew what to do and helped me to get the papers I need for my bank. I don't like the service and people from that dealer, but he was the only one willing to listen to me and help me.

This is our first car purchase in US and our sales person, Sal Gentile has created a smooth experience for me and my husband. By the time we closed the deal, it was already almost midnight and he made sure everything is taken care of. He even gave my two little kids apple sauce as they were very hungry at that time. The next morning Sal personally drove the new car to us. After-sale service is great as well, Sal is always there to assist us whenever we have any queries. Strongly recommend Sal for his great customer service and sincerity.

It's been a while since I been to a car dealership and last night I accompanied my friend along with her two kids down to this dealership. The young man by the name of Taji Street tried his best to help us out but we had just got our lease so there was nothing they could do. The reason why I'm writing this review is because Mr. Street was so awesome. He acknowledge everyone he knew the children's names (the children loves him), I wasn't the buyer and he made me feel as if I was a visible human being unlike the sales man who leased us the car she has now. He is very patient, he gives you options, he's knowledgeable, he made me feel rich and most of all he felt like most of all he felt like a friend of mine for like 10 years now.
You MUST ask for for "STREET"!!!!!
