God this place is awful. I asked for a camry hybrid to test drive and they bring out a regular gas powered camry. After noticing the acceleration and the trip odometer getting under 10 mpg on local roads I asked why this is so bad? My wife asks where the EV mode buttons and the power indicators were... The guy responds with, the car is wrong it must be broken. Finally he realizes its a gas car and brings out the right one. Strike 1. Next after working a fixed price on the phone and I come in to make a deal, they argue with me that they agreed on a higher price. After playing the voicemail for the boss, they still wouldnt come down to the agreed price! Strike 2. Then they bring out a spec sheet of the car that isn't even the car I am buying! It has all sorts of additional installed options that aren't apart of the car I just reviewed in person minutes before. Strike 3. Went to Ramsey. Was so much better than Hackensack..cheaper deal as well. Never again.

Excellent service! Prompt, polite and efficient.
This dealership has also gone to bat for me with the manufacturer. Toyota refused to fully warrantee a part+labor and my service associate said "That's just wrong. We'll cover it." This is exactly the way a business builds customer loyalty>

They brought me into the finance department and distracted me with the salesperson. I signed a blank piece of paper with two lines on it and forget what they said it was and had it pasted onto the contract and added $800.00 total in fees and and a $1500.00 extended warrantee I didn't even want. They gave me the contract in a large back envelop and send me on my way. Never explained anything; which I requested. I've tried to contact Alex my finance officer but he doesn't return my voicemails. I cancelled by extended warranty from Toyota but was told I have to get a refund from Toyota. Right. Still trying to get a response from Toyota of Hackensack. It's a pain to spend time trying to fight for something you never authorized and were frauded into getting. I quess certain auto dealerships see a sucker when one comes in but in my business you have to be honest. I have learned to walk out now if I don't get what I asked for and everything clearly stated not assumed. I will read everything and definitely don't sign an electronic pad, they will put your signature on things you don't even know. Good luck with the GO To Guys. And Toyota of Hackensack if you read this please send me my refund of $1495.00. Its been canceled and rejected by Toyota. Please leave innocent people alone.

I love the service !!! They always make my 2015 Toyota Corolla feel brand new !! The only thing that sucks is waiting for the oil change but it's def worth the wait.. Usually takes and hour to and hour half.. Request for a hand wash.. It has a family atmosphere along with professionalism.. Dani the receptionist is really nice .. Rich my advisor was funny and cool ..I love doing reviews and honestly this dealership has the right people especially on the service side fixing the cars. I've been to many Toyota dealerships but Hackensack Toyota is by far the best especially with how my car feels after I get it serviced!!
