The office is a very cozy-homey environment. It is very clean, the instruments that are used in this office are top notch, their technology is advanced and everyone in the office is very professional. The doctor in the office is very professional and very straight forward, and he would do what ever he can so that patients can receive the appropriate care that's needed. I'm a new patient at this office, and I am very satisfied with the results I am getting, and I've seen other patients who feel the same way. The wait isn't too long either unlike your "average Bronx dental office" the patients are taken seriously and the environment is clean. I will always be a patient there as long as the same doctor is there. And I agree with Cheyenne, it's on a street level. A basement is below street grounds

The environment is very friendly and the people are professional. The office is clean and tidy unlike other places where they dont clean and when you enter the office it does not smell like a dentist office more like a cozy home. The waiting is no more then 10 to 15 mins. Another thing I like is that the doctor takes his time and explain everything without jumping into the work which I really appreciated. The doctor is also very lay back he does his work very well and is professional at the same time. I know I will be returning very soon and will always return as long as he is still working there and providing the very best care. And this place is not a basement it is street level.

this place is in a bad neighborhood. theres only 3-4 sits which are so dirty. there was only woman working there dressed in street clothes and clueless to how to take x-ray pics of my teeth. and it's a basement.
