Great people, quick, no pain. What else should one want from a dentist appointment?

My friends once recommended me this doctor. Since then Dr. Lina Khaylomsky is my favorite doctor. For many years I am driving from Brooklyn to this office when I need help with my dental problem. The doctor is a beautiful young woman with very soft and professional hands. I never wait in the office more than 10min. People in the office are very professional and friendly. Every dental chair supplied with TV and you are watching a wonderful musical show during the whole dental procedure. I recommend this doctor to everyone with pleasure.
Office located in a very convenient and good shopping mall with a huge free parking lot.
Usually I do a shopping over there and resolve all my dental problem at the same time.

They were so helpful in making sure that my husband got his prescription even when the pharmacy said they didn't have it. They took my calls after hours and helped me until the pharmacy confirmed that the prescription was ready to be picked up.

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. This review is for the management that handles the appointments and not any particular doctor. My wife already visited another Dentist for preliminary examination and was referred to surgeon for tooth removal. She setup an appointment with a surgeon at Tower Plaza Dental. Upon arrival she was told that the surgeon is NOT available for the whole month and she was setup to see a non-surgeon for preliminary examination. The only inference I draw from this, they wanted to charge her for another doctor's visit , x-ray, cleaning, etc before the actual surgery. She left immediately and we are never going back.

Dr Lena Khaylomsky was very patient and kind to me as I was in extreme pain and a dental phobic. My root canal was painless, and I couldn't be happier with the cap she made for me. Now the whole family goes to see her and I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist . Thank you Dr. Khaylomsky
