Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with this company between purchases and servicing. I recently had my watch serviced and did not wear it until recently. To my surprise, a screw was missing from the clasp. I had almost lost my watch traveling internationally. I informed Tourneau about this issue and suffice it to say, I have to reach out to the watch manufacturer to replace a screw that was missing from the original service. For years I have shopped at Tourneau and I have been recently in the market for a new timepiece. After this experience, you have lost a valued customer over a $10 screw.
