I rate zero stars. Where do i start. First Off, i come into this place with a picture of what i want, i walk out with something SHE wanted. When i showed this woman "Julia" the picture of the hair color i wanted, she told me that she would not do it. Which in my opinion is completely out of line, not only did she refuse but she kept arguing with me about it, when i kept telling her "no, but this is what i want." She gave me something entirely different without even asking me first! If you want to be someones experiment for different hair colors, styles etc... this is the place for you.
