I have had ramen from several different ramen spots in NYC,and I have even eaten it in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan, and I have to be honest, Toto ramen has the worst ramen I have ever had in my life. The noodles were soggy and flavorless, the broth was watery and weak, and even the Nitamago was under-cooked and tasted like a fish eye. The place does good Takoyaki, and the Karage was not the worst I have had, but the ramen was a travesty that should be avoided at all costs. Unfortunate.
