The employees and the owner are very friendly. My experiences there have been nothing but wonderful. I always leave the shop wanting to come back for more. Very excellent customer service. Also, I had an issue with my sidearm, and within seconds of me being in the shop, an employee serviced me and my issue, and helped me to resolve said issue. Excellent apparel selection and excellent service. Definitely would recommend this shop to my fellow airsoft players and friends

This place rocks!! Knowledgeable staff friendly faces and positive attitudes my problems isuch that when I walk in the sun is still up and when I'm leaving it's dark outside...I could sit there for hours!!!!

Very nice and very knowledgeable people. They have a wide variety of items and all seems to be of good quality so far. If you have the chance please check them out. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

What an amazing store!! Walked in for the first time after reading amazing reviews about the place and was blown away.. Besides them being open earlier then 10am,they immediately answered all my questions and allowed me to try out a few models.. Walked out with a G&G CM16 DST and a few other parts but I highly suggest going there.. Staff was amazing, selection is outstanding and the pricing is fair.. Go check it out yourself and see what the hype is about..

Great store but I had the crappiest purchase ever. I purchased a Valken Tactical Battle Machine Mod-M. Something was up with it, my friend came along with me and purchased the same gun. His gun had the fps of 340 - 345. Mine went up too 370. His motor was fine and running well. Mine over heated to the point it burnt my hand. My barrel was also wiggly. The only reason I would come to this store is for BBs and Gas. I might of had the worst experience with the store. Totawa, can you explain what happened to me? I would love a reply if you can give me one.
