LOVE This store !! I have Been going there for 3 years now and i recently had one of my bags break, when i went in the owner was so kind, she offered to have it fixed and even helped me with the time i needed it by ...i was about to leave for vacation...I would definitely reccomend them, the staff is so helpful and honest, and its reflective of their service!!!

I just purchased a beautiful bag from Toto and the staff could not have been more helpful, patient and professional. I find the quality to be exceptional, and the inventory worthy of many more purchases in the future. I would recommend when looking for a new bag for under $1M, take yourself to Toto!

Not only quality is questionable for such expensive bags this store sells, but customer service is also very poor. The "leather" bag that I received as a gift from my sister (bought from this store), started wearing out immediately: the stitching started coming out from every corner of the bag and the bottom of the bag showed discoloration within a couple of weeks of purchase. When we took it back, they insisted to fix it rather than exchanging the bag, even though they recognized it was defective - they suggested we keep cutting the stitching as it comes out which is litterarily every other day! They were very defensive about their product, and has us return to the store several times only to refuse to exchange and in the end just patch things up and called it repaired. So, you get the gist... from experience I recommend you avoid their bags and store. There are plenty of other stores who sell much superior quality for much less.
