Charged a 50 dollar diagnostic fee for 5 minutes of labor (I know because they called me before and after) refused to even create a report on what they did. Downright criminal. Now they want an additional 15 dollars to ship back the computer after effectively doing nothing.

Is there anything less than one star! I have sent this company 6 tablet pc's over the last year all with the same problem. The repair costs went from $200.00 (ish) and have gone up over time to $500.00 for the same repair. They are charging me a diagnosis fee of $65.00 or they will hold my tablet for ransom. Not only will I not ever buy a Samsung tablet again but I will am going to report them to the better business association and get on the phone with Samsung.
