The doctors here are great !! but the staff is another story , we have the front desk they are miserable and dont know how to do their job , when i first started going they were charging me every time i went for a visit therefore now having an off the rocket balance when I HAVE INSURANCE ! My child was covered since the day he was born so there was no need to charge me ANYTHING , now i have bills from them that they dont want to send to the insurance company , i spoke to the insurance company and they are willing to pay them but of course they dont have the decency to resend the bills to the insurance company they just keep sending the bills to me . They need to get their things in order !!

Pathetic! Average 2 hours wait even if the office just has 3 patients. No point of taking an appointment. We went in for a 10.30 am appointment with just 2 people ahead of us. Baby was due for her shots. Waited till 12.30pm and finally left. No point waiting another 45 minutes, just to get the baby more agitated and then give her shots.
