The worst and rudest staff ever. The moment I told an associate that I was there to make a return or exchange they didn't help me at all even though they were not busy. Definitely will never go back to this location.

Nice as everything else is in meatpacking district. Bohemian, chic, good clothing store. Also I noticed that they have great shoes. I got a pair here.
