At this point, I would like to give zero stars. For products that fall apart, emails to customer service that go unanswered, and phone calls to customer service which result in long holds, and no answers. It is appalling, and obviously I am not the only one who feels that way.

I literally cannot believe the customer service provided by Tory Burch. I purchased a diaper bag from a store and after using it only a few times it began to tare. I called customer service and they gave me detailed instructions what to do to resolve the issue. After not hearing back for over two weeks I called customer service again and was told to do something entirely different then before. Again, I followed these instructions, it has now been over FOUR MONTHS and have still not yet received any feedback whatsoever about my horribly made bag. I cannot get a straight answer out of anyone and as a result am out 300 dollars from company from what I once considered to be a high end luxury brand.
