Tortas Y Jugos Don Pepe

La comida es muy buena por que toda nuestra comida mexicana es muy buena... pero en difinitiba nunca regresaré a ese lugar por que el servicio es demaciado malo...yo pedi el numero del encargado pero no me lo quisieron dar yo les recomiendo no ir a este lugar....

Ok look- their products are pretty good, but my office will never order from them again because of the lack of service we received from Christian when they made an error this morning on an order for someone with very strict nutritional requirements. They are located 1.75 blocks from our office so it would not have been a big trip for the delivery person to bring us a replacement product. I am very disappointed, as we had enjoyed their smoothies, but we'll never be ordering from them again. We work in customer service here, so we know how to treat people. All we ask is that the businesses we support offer us the same level of service that we provide. If they decide to reach out to correct this error as we had requested, I will update this review.

A little bit on the pricey side, but it definitely is worth it. I can't live with out my smoothies from this place.

Got some tortas there while visiting NY, I remember them very fondly. Full of stuff, very tasty. I'd kill to have one of those in my hometown. Muchisimas ricas!
