I love everything about this store, the setup, the salesperson, men women they are All outstanding, love the spirit in this store, that's why I go all outta my way to travel there from the Bronx!!!! Shout to All your associates!!! Thank you for always making feel at home!!!

Totally agree on poor customer service. Headed to dressing room with clothes. 5 minutes later had to ask them to come open one even though they saw me. Was in the room for a while. Never checked on me asked if I needed another size so once I got re-dressed I left. I liked the clothes and with helpful salespeople might have bought quite a bit with assistance. Also did not ask if i needed help finding anything. FYI I was wearing non trendy clothes because nothing fits and I need clothes. Plus I bet I have more to spend than your friends who came in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CLEARANCE RACKS FULL OF INCORRECTLY PRICED ITEMS. CONFUSING SALE PRICES. NICHOLAS CLAIMED HE WAS THE MGR. HE WAS VERY RUDE & INDIFFERENT. SHAWN CLAIMED SHE WAS ALSO THE MGR, SEEMED CONFUSED & HAD A SMIRK ON HER FACE WHEN I COMPLAINED TO HER ABOUT NICHOLAS. THEY LOST A SALE FROM ME & I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.
