Complete disregard for me as a customer . Had an Inquiry about cards I had ordered which I never received . They would not work with me to resolve the problem and could care less that I paid them 50.00 and did not get the cards I had ordered . I will not buy from this company any more after this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . Their are plenty of other baseball card companies I can give my hard earned cash to and get the item I actually paid for and If I didn't I'm sure they would fix the problem unlike Topps has done for me . If their was an option for no stars that's exactly what I would give this review!!

Terrible customer service. They ignore multiple emails. If you cannot support your apps, let someone else do it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT PRODUCT BUT THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS THE CUSTOMER.. ONLY 2 PEOPLE WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE ENTIRE COMPANY (MIKE & VINCE) BOTH CAN NOT RESOLVE MOST ISSUES AS THEY SIMPLY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY.. VERY POORLY RUN CUSTOMER SERVICE.. HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE B.B.B. MULTIPLE TIMES FOR POOR SERVICE.. GO WITH PANINI WAY BETTER SERVICE AND IN MOST CASES NICER CARDS TOO...I WISH THEIR MANAGEMENT WOULD RETURN MY CALL!!!
