Topps Bakery

Great customer service!

This over-priced, under performing bakery is staffed by some of the nastiest people in the northeast region of the United States. Their foul-mouthed, twenty-something female staffers joke openly about the "stupid, old-lady" that just left their store. I was treated to a string of expletives when I showed up a 1/2 hour early to pick up an order of bread. The brave young woman spouting the diatribe was hiding in the back of the store.

The previous owners of Topps were friendly, gregarious and they sold a great product at affordable prices

It's sad, really. Bronxville is such a nice town and its residents deserve better. You should try Le Chantilly, also in Bronxville, or Martine's in Tuckahoe.

I would not recommend this establishment based upon their mediocre offerings but more over the complete lack of customer service, loyalty and honesty that starts with the owner.
