I recently used Topline to install new siding on my home after my home was damaged by high winds. Thomas was a gentleman and showed up on time for appointments, offered advice and did not try to up-sell me on things I did not need. Although he was firm with his pricing, he threw in extra services at no charge. Juan and his crew are experienced, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was completed, everything looked great and even the caulking was extremely neat, which shows attention to detail. When I called about a gutter that I felt was crooked, they came down and corrected it no questions asked. I had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

UPDATE: Not too long after the work was done, we had our first rain. I noticed water dripping from the top of one of our windows. I called Thomas and he sent his crew down to check it out. They isolated the problem and fixed it. That is called customer service and excellent support. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Went with this company without doing too much research. After paying a deposit and getting a written invoice, they ordered the wrong windows. Tom did not want to finish the job correctly. Only after a huge argument, and me having to prove what windows we ordered with documentation, they finally came back a month later.

Before starting the job I also checked with Tom if, after the windows are replaced, more work will need to be done around the frames. He said absolutely not. When they finished, they left 1-2inch gaps between the siding and the new frames, which he said was going to cost extra to close these gaps to keep the rain out. If I have to have extra work done, I will hire someone who is not a liar.

Overall, I found them to not care about the customer, be dishonest and not very competent. If you want to avoid a sloppy job and a headache, this is not a company you want to get involved with.

Topline is a reputable with a ton of experience. They have been in the neighborhood for over 30 years. The owners are honest and the prices are affordable. I would strongly recommend them.
