Beware and stay away! I never in my life felt compelled to check yelp reviews for a dry cleaner until I experienced the most horrific customer service or rather lack of! at this establishment.

Just reading all the previous reviews here relieves me a bit to learn that my situation was not an isolated incident. Not only do they hardly speak English, they are beyond rude and only understand English when it is convenient. Even just on the human interaction level they are the nastiest people I have come across in my life!!!!

They gave me the run around for over a year regarding a work shirt to have a simple button sewed on n washed and pressed. No one ever followed up and always brushed me away saying someone will call me. Every time it is someone different in the front so you just get turned away and when you return the counter lady with a poker face has no apology for the inconvenience or "we are trying our best to find the shirt". Instead they treated me like I was the one to blame.

The employees are all liars and bad faith. I felt like I was in communist China having no one to place my complaint as no one supposedly knew who the boss was and all they did was speak in their language rather than help me address my problem.

Well eventually they left me with no choice but to start taking photos of their NYC business license and permits that stated their registered business name in the front of the shop. As they all played stupid saying, "do not complain to me", "I am not the boss" but then when asked where is the boss one last time and no one knew, taking photos was my last resort.

I felt ridiculed and disrespected in every way possible. I tried talking to them many times calmly and it did not achieve anything. Just got a poker face staring at me like I am the one at fault when clearly they lost a shirt and were too proud and ignorant to admit it.

By a mere miracle upon taking photos all of a sudden an elderly Asian guy with decent spoken English emerged to the front!!! Lol He walked outside while talking on his mobile phone. On his way out while passing me, I asked him if he was the boss and he nodded his head. Hmmm, what to do. No one obviously gave two shats about the lost shirt and never was I going to get an apology so I decided to tell the incoming customers not to leave their stuff if they wanted to see it again. It was only then when "the boss" emerged and said to stop talking to his customers. He started yelling at me and when I shouted back, he said not to yell in his store and to leave. I resisted and stayed as people needed to know how shady these these ppl are. When the boss realized I was not going anywhere that is when he finally heard me out. Before that he even said to sue him in small claims court for the shirt. Can you believe that?! I said hey, this is USA, you dont treat ppl like you do in communism here. I stood my ground as I knew my rights. I did not touch them or initiate the shouting. I wanted the matter resolved!!!

So finally when we spoke he was still hesitant to admit that he lost the shirt. He said I do not know what happened to the shirt so why should I apologize. He said he is not 100% at fault as he is not sure what happened. He said he did not know if this shirt was already picked up cuz it is over one year. I said yea one year of giving me the run around not one year after i dropped it off and then just showed up. The shirt was in the system and they had the pending job ticket. They even tried playing games saying, oh but you do not have the ticket right? As if to say that in the case I had no ticket, this was the reason for the lost shirt. They asked me the brand if the shirt, the description when hello they have the ticket so try locating it with the ticket!!!

They are clueless as any normal customer serviced minded businesspeople after just one week would have apologized and given me the worth of the shirt. After begging, the boss finally settled w $20. Much less than the worth but I wanted it to end. So stay away!!!
