Our need was simple, we needed a pool of standard rectangular shape, with no fancy curves nor any fountains. And since I enjoyed swimming, I just needed a pool to swim. We selected Custom Pool Pros after contacting a few other companies. We got the pool delivered in time. We also added pavers around the pool area, as we got a good quote from them, combining both the pool and paver works. I should accept that adding pavement was a good decision as it lifted the entire look of the pool. I am very happy to see our new pool and I'm more happy to say I didn't get into any kind trouble during the entire pool construction time. I give 5 stars to them.

I was searching for a Pool company which also undertook some landscaping and paving works as we not only needed to build a pool, but also wanted to do some landscaping in the pool area and put some brick paving in both pool area and driveway. The main reason I shortlisted them is - they are a full service pool company which avoided the overhead of contracting landscaping, pool building and paving to different companies, which would have been a great headache to me. I spoke with the owner of the company, Mr.Tom, who was a very helpful person. I got a visit from them and discussed about the ideas I had in mind. They gave some wonderfull suggestions, especially about the placement of our outdoor kitchen unit and seating arrangements, and created a design based on it. After seeing the illustration, we selected their option as it was better than my original plan. I got my pool completed in 2 months time and they communicated properly during the work about the progress of the pool. I am much happy to see the completed pool. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great pool company.

Our sales representative created an affordable unique design for our pool and went over all of the options for equipment and interior finish. The process was very smooth. Our pool was ready to swim in 5 weeks. Each step of the process was very smooth and we were always informed. The back office staff that coordinate all of the different steps were phenomenal. Even after the pool was completed, there were a few odds and ends that needed to be fixed. The service staff was prompt and completed these tasks.
