Between the One World Trade Center, the Empire State Building and the Top of The Rock observatories, this one is by far the best. It is an open air observatory where you actually get to be on the top of the building. This is the best observatory to go during night time. The view is stunning! You will feel like you are inside the Blade Runner movie, in fact you will probably see where the makers of that movie got some of their inspiration from for the urban futuristic settings.
