Negative star.
This office staff gives off the impression that they are this top notch realty business which sells endless properties in the area. When dealing with the secretary, she is unprofessional and has a serious attitude both on the phone and in person. You would think she owned the place. I attempted to use this location once but, experienced this first point of contact "Helen" and decided to do business elsewhere. A few years later i tried again due to location, and the service was still the same, if not worst.
They project "Alicia" as a broker, ad nauseam however, if you continue with the process (few do) you will learn she is not a broker, a realtor, or anything of the sort. You will then be introduced to a person you never communicated with before and never knew was in the same office. His realty "company" is "Albusa Realty Co". This place is a nicely quaint scam looking for unsuspecting victims to rip off.
They do nothing in selling your property (paperwork, guidance, policy, rules and regulations, etc), do not return calls, do not make appointments, but reappear when it is time to collect a check. The office lied to my face time and time again regarding who was licensed in there only to back track when verification was requested. p90[They are taking advantage of people in the area. If you have the option, go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, and from dealing with these three unprofessional, rude, and grammatically challenged folks, especially Helen.
