Nicest people ever, until the day I brought back a pair of pants that they failed to get a few water stains out of. I was absolutely FLOORED that after 1+ year of giving them ~$80/month of business they refused to clean my pants again for free. The woman went so far as to tell me that I was mistaken and that I must have worn them (they were still pressed)!!!! One of the most memorable customer service experiences of my life!

the WORST service EVER. She hemmed my dress two inches too short and then yelled at me saying it was MY fault when I picked it up. When I paid her 1/3 of what I owed for her mistake, she crumbled the money up and threw it at my face then screamed profanities at me. I will NEVER go back there again. Even if its the last tailor on earth.
