While I was lucky enough to only need a consultation visit, I was extremely pleased with the service. I was visited by John, one of the owners of the business. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his examination, all while being extremely genial and friendly.
He answered all of my questions and explained to me his process. He gave me some tips on how to best treat the situation on my own and never approached any kind of unnecessary up-sell.
While I hope you never have the misfortune of needing an exterminator, they exceeded all my expectations of what the service should be.

I have been using Top Hat for over 20 years and have always found them to be professional and knowledgable. I recently needed them to treat for termites and they put my mind to rest by coming right over as soon as I called. They treated my home for termites and were extremely reasonable in their pricing. I don't know what I would have done without them! Every year when the ants come a callin, my wife freaks out. Again, they tell me don't worry, they will have my problem gone in no time. Rest assured, they tackle that problem with the right chemicals and presto no more ants. Most importantly, this is a family owned business and they really care about their cutomers.

Shity customer service,without inspection asked $1000,then $980 and the final was $920.termites came back in 2 years again.would never ever recommend even to my enemy.
