Top Hair Shears Island

I go for blowouts. My hair is really curly. At other salons when I go in, they dont know what to do with my hair. Here, they blow it out in 30 minutes and only costs $20! I love this place--just dont get a hair cut--stick to the blow outs

DO NOT GO IN THIS SALON!!! They are disgusting unprofessional. They don't know how to speak they freaking yell. There is a little man with short black hair asian guy I heard he's the manager and that sits in the front desk HE IS A DISGUSTING PERVERT. I Saw him yell at several customers. This one customer asked questions and he touch her hair without asking first. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS!!!The customer was furious and looked uncomfortable and left. The other lady named nicole answers the phone so ghetto and she is disgusting and yells at customers too. They made everyone feel uncomfortable. This place should be closed down. After seen this I'll never go back there again. They should learn how to speak and english in general. I got my hair done they charged me about 90 dollars the color nor the hairstyle lasted a week. What a waste of time and money. Stay away from this place it is no good.
